Tell us when you book and we’ll give you a longer first appointment, a quieter time of day and the same nurse each visit.
I haven’t been for years. Will I get a lecture?
No. Lots of our patients haven’t seen a dentist in a long time. We’ll look, tell you what we see and let you decide what happens next.
Can I see the room before I book?
Yes. Call or tick the box on the booking form and Nadia will show you round. It takes ten minutes and costs nothing.
What if I need a break during treatment?
We agree a stop signal before we start, usually a raised hand. When you use it, we stop. Every time.
Will the injection hurt?
We use a numbing gel first and inject slowly, so most people barely feel it. Tell us if you’d like us to wait longer.
Can someone come in with me?
Of course. A partner, parent or friend is welcome to sit in the room with you for any appointment.
